On-demand telephone interpreting is a remote language service that instantly connects you with a professional interpreter to facilitate real-time multilingual communication. With connection times typically under a minute, this service eliminates the need for in-person interpreters, making it a fast and cost-effective solution for businesses, healthcare providers, legal professionals, and customer service teams. Whether assisting clients, patients, or colleagues, telephone interpreting ensures accurate and seamless conversations, enhancing accessibility and customer experience across industries.

The process is simple and efficient:

  1. Dial 0330 088 2443
  2. Once connected, you will be asked to enter your PIN followed by the # key. Your account manager will provide these.
  3. Then, enter the three-digit code representing the language you require. Your account manager will provide all language codes.
  4. You will then be told the language you’ve selected. Press 1 to proceed or 2 to choose a different language.
  5. Then, press 1 for any interpreter, 2 for a male interpreter, 3 for a female interpreter, or 4 for a specific interpreter. (Requires the interpreter’s ID number.)
  6. You’ll then be placed on hold until we connect you to the right interpreter for you. This usually only takes around 60 seconds.
