How we helped

Ahead of opening in new markets, Pret wanted to localize all their employee training, operation manuals, equipment user guides and marketing materials, country-specific website content, menus, allergen notices and eLearning courses. This amounts to over 100 files per project.

We set up a dedicated team of linguists, project managers and account managers to facilitate the needs of Pret’s launch into Europe and the Middle East.

We handled many file types, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. All had to be localized into the native languages of the launch territories and then output back to the original format so they were ready for use immediately.

The speed at which Pret would launch on a new site in a new territory required very fast turnaround times and extreme accuracy. The team at Global Lingo met both of these challenges every time.
