Welcome to the 2026 Global Lingo World Language Bracket Voting.

1. Promoter. Global Lingo, registered in England and Wales 05771718, KL123, Edinburgh House, Kennington Lane, London, England, SE11 5DP (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotional Period. The Competition opens at 10am CST on March 25th, 2026, and closes at 10am CST on April 14th, 2026. Entries outside this period are void.

3. How to Enter. No purchase necessary. Free to enter. To enter, fill out the online form on the Global Lingo website, which can also be accessed via social media, and correctly answer the following multiple choice question:

Which language is spoken by the most people in the world?

Possible answers: Arabic, Turkish, German, Portuguese, French, Bengali, Russian, Japanese, English, Swahili, Mandarin Chinese, Dutch, Spanish, Korean, Hindi, Italian

 One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. Entries that do not include an answer to the competition question, or that provide an incorrect answer, will be automatically disqualified and will not be entered into the draw.

4. Winner Selection. All entries providing the correct answer to the competition question will be entered into a prize draw. One winner will be selected at random from those qualifying entries on April 17th, 2026, using a random name generator. The Promoter’s decision is final.

The correct answer to the competition question will be revealed following the closing date.

5. Winner Notification. The winner will be notified by email within 5 working days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, an alternative winner will be selected from the remaining qualifying entries.

6. Eligibility. Open to residents of all countries worldwide except where prohibited by local law. Entrants must be aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in their country if higher).

The following are not eligible to enter:

• Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of the Promoter
• Employees of any agency or supplier involved in administering this Competition
• Immediate family members or household members of any of the above

Void where prohibited. Residents of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Russia are excluded. Additional territory exclusions may apply depending on prize value.

7. The Prize. Beats Solo Buds True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds. Approximate retail value: $80.00. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered except at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

8. Prize Fulfilment. The Prize will be fulfilled within 28 days of winner verification. International winners are solely responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in their country of residence.

10. Publicity. The winner’s first name and country of residence may be announced on the Promoter’s website and social media. Full winner details are available on written request to information.security@global-lingo.com for 60 days following the draw date.

11. General. This Competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require. This Competition is subject to the CAP Code administered by the ASA (www.asa.org.uk).
