Andrew Trotter
Andrew TrotterChairman & Founder
Andrew founded Global Lingo in 2006 in London. With previous industry experience, Andrew wanted to create a new kind of language provider focusing more on service and quality. With an entrepreneur’s vision and a small team of freelancers, Andrew rolled up his sleeves and began growing the business into what it is today. He remains on as chairman of the board.
Karl Eastwood
Karl EastwoodChief Operating Officer
With over 10 years’ experience in finance and operations roles, Karl joined Global Lingo in 2011. Over the years, Karl has played a very significant role in developing Systems and Processes at Global Lingo, as well as helping to expand our global presence. Currently based out of the Chicago office, Karl is our Chief Operating Officer working closely alongside Andrew Trotter, Chairman and Founder of Global Lingo to execute the company vision through the leadership of the Senior Management Team and overseeing global technology and company financials.
Jonathan Sutton
Jonathan Sutton Non-Executive Director
Jonathan Sutton is an advisor to the Global Lingo board and provides the directors with relevant financial expertise, gained through a career as a chartered accountant. He is a partner at Dixon Wilson, Chartered Accountants, and a Non-Executive Director of private companies. He is an adviser to UK-based families and their businesses, advising on financial and tax matters in the UK and overseas.

Frosso SkoteiniotiRegional Operations Manager, Americas
Frosso has 10 years of experience in the language service industry and has worked with several major LSPs. As an experienced Project Manager with a background in translation for the financial regulatory services industry, Frosso is passionate about and committed to driving and developing teams with skills in account management, process development and quality. She joined Global Lingo 2 years ago and has worked with the operations teams globally to develop a unified and strong project management philosophy for the organization.
Jonny Bates

Jonny has nearly a decade of experience within the Localization Industry and joined Global Lingo more than 5 years ago. Since then he’s worked out of our offices in the UK, Romania, Singapore and moved across to the USA in 2017 to head-up our newest office in Chicago.
Mara Butuza
Mara ButuzaGeneral Manager – Romania & Resourcing and QA Manager
Mara joined the Global Lingo family in February 2015. Mara is responsible for Global Lingos Romania operation, and heads up the global Resourcing and Quality Assurance department. She strategically develops and leads all global resourcing efforts and is responsible for the administration, management and supervision of the company’s global quality assurance programs and the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
Adeline Loh

Adeline has more than 7 years’ project management experience in the language services industry gained while working with large localization companies in Singapore. With an ability to manage complex multi-lingual projects, Adeline has a real enthusiasm for learning new concepts and staying current with advancements in industry technology. As Singapore Country Manager, Adeline is committed to differentiating Global Lingo in Asia through quality of output and flexibility.
Sandip Roy
Sandip RoyAPAC Sales Director
Sandip joined Global Lingo in May 2019 as APAC Sales Director. He has 15 years of experience in managing international Sales & Business development, Operations, Project management & Profit center management, in various industries. For the past 10 years, Sandip has worked in the Localization industry.

At Global Lingo, Sandip is responsible for the implementation of the APAC region’s Sales strategy in line with Global Lingo’s global vision. He is based out of our Singapore office.
