Lumesse, a global provider of human capital management (HCM) software and eLearning services, needed a comprehensive localization solution for their training modules, marketing materials, and voice-over elements. The project required accurate stylistic and terminological consistency across multiple languages, ensuring alignment with the corporate identity of their clients.

Lumesse required a solution to accurately capture their clients’ corporate tone, stylistic preferences, and technical terminology across multiple languages. With training modules running for six to twelve months, ensuring linguistic consistency across all materials was a key priority.
To achieve this, Global Lingo designed a structured localization workflow, starting with glossary creation and terminology extraction. In-country Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) reviewed and approved the glossary and sample translations, allowing for early alignment on tone and style.
Once translations were approved, voice-over scripts were developed and recorded. By ensuring that all elements were finalized before recording, we minimized costly re-recordings and streamlined production timelines.
To maintain efficiency, we introduced automated tools, including a term base system to enforce terminology consistency and translation memory technology to drive cost savings. SMEs were given a simple bilingual table to provide input on linguistic preferences, and all revisions were stored in translation memory for future use.
The final step involved functional testing within Lumesse’s Course Builder tool, ensuring that all localized modules were properly integrated and error-free before delivery.
With a collaborative and structured approach, Lumesse successfully launched multilingual eLearning content that maintained accuracy, consistency, and corporate identity across multiple regions.
