Knowing what our clients think of our services is very important to us. Not just so that we can fulfil our commitment to ISO 9001, but so that we can genuinely monitor and improve the quality of our services, ensuring that we stay on top of our game and always go beyond satisfying our clients.
To keep track of the quality of our services we send each of our clients a link to a very short online feedback form so that they can let us know their thoughts and feedback. These questionnaires are used internally to ensure that our clients’ comments are taken on board by our staff.
As an added bonus, every client who completes a form is entered into a monthly prize draw for a bottle of champagne!
So how are we doing?
We ask our clients to score us out of 10 on Customer Service and on the quality of our language services.
So far we have an average score of 8.91 and we’re determined to improve on that!
