How many translators and interpreters were raised in single language homes?

If children aren’t exposed regularly to a second language before they reach one year old, their ability to be bilingual is massively reduced.

Translation and interpreting

This got me thinking: What percentage of the translators and interpreters we employ were raised in multilingual households?

The only way to find out is to ask them, so here goes. If you are a translator or interpreter, please let us know in the survey below if you were raised in a bilingual or single language household.
