Global Lingo announces new GloZone connector app compatibility with Relativity

New e-discovery platform connector — the GloZone Connector App — leverages a decade of legal expertise to enable accurate, efficient translation for international disputes and investigations

CHICAGO — June 11, 2020 – Global Lingo today announced the launch of GloZone for Relativity. The GloZone Connetor App efficiently and securely allows law firms, legal service providers, and corporate legal departments to transfer their legal documents for high-quality professional foreign language translation, anytime, anywhere.

GloZone creates an effortless approach to requesting translation of legal documentation securely from the Relativity platform. For over a decade, Global Lingo has been an internationally recognized language service partner for the legal sector. It has perfected workflows and ensured 24/7 availability to service clients.

GloZone helps reduce the time required to obtain either human or machine translation, meaning legal departments can focus less on administration and more on providing clients with expert legal counsel and services. As an ISO27001 certified application, Global Lingo understands the importance of file security. Translated files can be securely downloaded directly from within the platform in their native file format.

• Security: Translated files are not emailed or sent via a separate secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) upon completion but rather, are kept stored in Global Lingo’s ISO27001 certified servers to reduce file duplication and file accessibility risk.
• Efficiency: Files are transferred via the secure GloZone for Relativity connector, removing the need to send files via email or separate SFTP. Original file names are maintained with language identifiers mitigating file tracking issues.
• Scalability: Whether there is one or over 100 users, the connector has no maximum capacity ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Transparency: Project status updates built into Relativity ensure full transparency throughout the process, removing any unknown factors.
