About the role

Global Lingo are currently seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our Professional Writing Services division in London. This person will provide dedicated, high-quality expertise on Transcription projects to a range of regional and global clients, ensuring excellent customer service, ongoing client satisfaction and repeat revenue growth.

Function Objectives

Sitting in the global Project Management team, this person will manage a range of transcription projects for both UK-based and global clients, including mono- and bi-lingual transcription in English and foreign languages; transcript editing; live and post event captioning.

About you

The successful candidate will be educated to at least Degree level and have the following skills:

  • At least Degree level education
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • A proactive attitude
  • An ability to develop a highly professional yet friendly rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to prioritise a high volume of work
  • An interest in current affairs and a desire to learn more about a range of subjects

  • Problem-solving ability

  • An ability work calmly, efficiently and independently in a very fast-paced environment
